Markandeya, also known as Mark (played by Sai Dharam Tej), is the sole breadwinner of his family and carries the burden of continuous work. He loves Ramya (Ketika Sharma) deeply, but due to his numerous responsibilities, he cannot devote time to her and her family. When Mark is involved in a car accident and tragically passes away, his soul confronts Titan (Pawan Kalyan). At that moment, Mark requests that Titan give him another chance to fulfil his unfinished duties. Titan grants Mark 90 days to do so, during which Mark has to accompany Titan on a journey. The rest of the film delves into how Mark manages to complete all his tasks within the given time frame.
